Vivo has launched another entry-level smartphone. The phone, nicknamed the Vivo Y90, is designed for fans who want a premium smartphone but don’t have deep pockets to buy high-end mid-range models or flagship devices. The Y90 is a stylish design that looks more like a high-end mid-range than an economical smartphone. But pricing won’t bring any holes to your pocket. This is a specification.
The Vivo Y90 features a 6.22-inch HD + FullView display with a notch at the top of the display. The notch is equipped with a 5 megapixel self-timer camera, f / 1.8 aperture. On the rear side, the smartphone features a curved edge design with an 8 megapixel camera embedded in the upper left corner. The camera has an aperture of f / 2.0. There is no fingerprint scanner on the back, but you can use the self-timer camera to get the face unlock function.
On the hardware, the device is powered by the Helio A22 SoC, which is paired with 2GB of RAM. The smartphone runs on Android 8.1 Oreo and covers Vivo’s Funtouch OS 4.5. The device also has 32GB of storage and can be expanded to 256GB with a microSD card. Keep turning on the light is a large 4,030 mAh battery that is charged via the microUSB port.
As for pricing, the Vivo Y90 is sold at Vivo’s official store in Pakistan and is priced at JPY 18,999 (USD 120). The phone has blue and gold. It is expected to be available in stores in India soon, but the date has not yet been announced.
