A few days after the Chinese company brought the V15 Pro smartphone into India, Vivo V15 officially unveiled. Similar to the model launched in India last week, the Vivo V15 is also equipped with a pop-up selfie camera. The smartphone is also equipped with 6GB of RAM and three rear camera settings. However, unlike the V15 Pro with the Qualcomm Snapdragon 675 SoC, the Vivo V15 includes the MediaTek Helio P70 SoC. There is also a traditional fingerprint sensor on the back instead of the display fingerprint sensor available on the Pro-variant. The new Vivo phone has been launched in Thailand and Malaysia. It is believed to also enter the Indian market.

Vivo V15 Price

The price of Vivo V15 in Thailand is set at 10,999 baht (about 24,500 rupees). The phone features Topaz Blue and Glamour Red colour options with a gradient at the top. However, the supply of Vivo V15 in the Thai market has not yet been announced. The phone is also available in Malaysia, but there are no price and delivery details. In addition, some previous reports speculate that Vivo V15 was launched in India. The company’s promotional poster for the V15 Pro also shows the V15 model, indicating that it may be available in the country.



Recall that the Vivo V15 Pro was launched in India last week at a price of Rs. A separate 6GB RAM / 128GB storage confirms 28,990.

Vivo V15 Specifications and Features

The Nano Vivo V15 runs the Funtouch OS 9 based on the Android 9.0 Pie and features a 6.53-inch Full HD+ (1080×2340 pixels) display. It uses the eight-core MediaTek Helio P70 SoC with 6GB of memory.

For selfie and video chat, the Vivo V15 comes with a pop-up selfie camera with a 32-megapixel sensor and an f / 2.0 lens. There is also a triple camera setup on the back, a 12-megapixel main sensor, a f / 1.78 lens, an 8 megapixel secondary sensor with f / 2.2 lens, and a 5 megapixel three-level sensor lens with f / 2.4 . In contrast, the Vivo V15 Pro comes with a 48 megapixel main four-pixel sensor (which can achieve 12 megapixels) and an f/1.8 lens, as well as an 8 megapixel auxiliary, AI super wide-angle sensor with f / 2.2 Lens, and a 5 megapixel three-level depth sensor with f / 2.4 lens.

The Vivo V15 Pro is also equipped with many camera features including HDR, facial beauty, timelapse, panorama, bokeh mode, AI body shaping and palm capture. The front camera sensor also enables face unlocking.

For storage content, the Vivo V15 comes with 128GB of onboard storage and can be expanded with microSD cards (up to 256GB). Connectivity options include 4G LTE, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth v4.2, GPS / A-GPS, FM radio, OTG-enabled Micro-USB and 3.5mm headphone jack. In terms of sensors, there are accelerometers, ambient light sensors, gyroscopes, magnetometers and proximity sensors.

The Vivo V15 features a 4,000mAh battery and supports dual-engine fast charging technology. Finally, the phone measures 161.97 x 93 x 8.54 mm and weighs 189.5 grams.
