Through the unveiling ceremony in India, LG announced its new W-series smartphones, such as the LG W10, LG W30 and LG W30 Pro. The Korean company has launched these phones, competing with brands such as Xiaomi, Samsung and Realme in the mid-market of India. Start with the rupee. The LG W series is priced at 8,999 (approximately $129), offering high screen space, impressive camera and long-lasting performance.

LG W10, W30 and W30 Pro specifications and features

The LG W10 is equipped with a 6.19-inch FullVision IPS LCD display, while the W30 and W30 Pro are equipped with a 6.26-inch FullVision IPS LCD display that supports HD+ resolution. The W10 offers an aspect ratio of 18.9:9, while the W30 offers a 19:9 aspect ratio. The W10 has a wider range of motion, while the W30 and W30 Pro have smaller water droplet gaps. The software features provided by LG allow users to customize the notch design through options such as U-shaped or V-shaped or straight borders.

The LG W10 and W30 use the MediaTek Helio P22 chipset. Both phones come with 3 GB of RAM and 32 GB of internal storage. As an advanced model, the W30 Pro features the Snapdragon 632 mobile platform, 4 GB RAM and 64 GB of native storage. Both phones come with a hybrid dual card slot for adding a microSD card. The LG W series offers the purest Android 9 Pie OS. It comes with a Google Launcher that can be tagged on Google Assistant, Digital Benefits and more.
To capture the selfie, the LG W10 is equipped with an LED with an 8 megapixel front camera. Its rear case has a dual camera system, a 13 megapixel main sensor and a 5 megapixel lens for added depth. It is equipped with features such as PDAF, 2x zoom and LED flash.

The W30 and W30 Pro have a 16 megapixel front camera. Both smartphones are equipped with a three-in-one rear camera. In the LG W30’s triple camera system, there is a Sony IMX486 12 megapixel main sensor for low light photography, a 13 megapixel wide-angle lens and a 2 megapixel depth sensor. The W30 Pro’s 3-in-1 camera features a 13-megapixel low-light main lens with 2x zoom, an 8 megapixel wide-angle sensor and a 5 megapixel depth sensor.

All three LG W series phones are equipped with a large capacity 4,000mAh battery and do not support fast charging. They also come with a rear fingerprint scanner and face unlocking. The W30 Pro is equipped with StereoPulse Sound. Both phones have the usual connectivity features such as dual 4G VoLTE, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, GPS, microUSB 2.0 and 3.5mm audio jacks.

LG W310, W30 and W30 Pro pricing and release dates

The price of the LG W10 is Rs. 8,999 (about 129 US dollars), the color choices are Tulip Purple and Smokey Grey. The cost of the LG W30 is Rs. 9,999 (about 144 US dollars), its color variants are Aurora Green, Thunder Blue and Platinum Grey. The Korean company did not disclose the pricing of the LG W30 and is expected to be released later.

The LG W series will be exclusively purchased on July 3rd through the first flash purchase in Amazon India. Buying W10 in India, W30 and W30 Pro can benefit from Rs. 3,250 cash back from ClearTrip and Rs. 1,700 cash back from Reliance Jio.
