Samsung won’t stay on a foldable smartphone. The company is developing a flip-type folding device. According to a new report from South Korea, the new foldable device will have a flip-like shape. It will be a vertically foldable device that is said to have a 6.7-inch OLED display.

In addition, the report quoted the arrival of next year. It is expected to be a cheaper foldable device with a vertical bend in the middle.

The new information is consistent with the information shown in some old reports. It verifies the 6.7-inch display and folds around its horizontal axis. The new method allows the device to be easily placed in the user’s pocket even when unfolded. Compared to the Galaxy Fold, the new method will reduce the overall size of the phone.

There will be a 1-inch external display to show some useful information, but with some limitations. Such a small display can notify the user but cannot be used to display detailed information.

However, the details have not been verified, and these are only based on assumptions of reports and rumors leaked in the past. We recommend it as a salt in the ocean.
